10. HOW IS THE WEATHER IN PARIS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?

Paris has a temperate climate. So running tours usually go ahead even if it is sunshine, raining or snowing! However, in occasional very harsh weather (to be determined by your guide), you will be offered to return at a later time, to postpone for another day or a full refund.

11. WHAT CLOTHES DO I NEED TO WEAR?

Light running equipment is sufficient in spring and summer. Sunglasses and sun protection are necessary during these seasons whereas caps, sunglasses and sun protection (sun lotion SPF 50+) are mandatory for kids joining us on a tour.

I recommend you to pack light wet or hot weather gear in fall and winter.

Please, whatever the season, check the forecast the day before the tour in case it rains or it’s cold and dress accordingly. Keep in mind that we stop during the tour, so in colder weather an extra layer is recommended.

14. WHERE DO I MEET THE RUNNING GUIDE?

You’ll find the standard meeting point address in the chosen tour description.

If participants stay in zone 1 and at the same address, pick-up service is possible in front of your accommodation main entrance. In this case, please provide me your accommodation address when booking online or when contacting me. I will check then if we can start and stop the tour at your accommodation, if I can make you another meeting point proposal close to your accommodation and the tour route. If not, please meet at the standard meeting point.

Please bring along your mobile phone in case we need to contact each other.

16. HOW LONG DOES A RUNNING TOUR LAST?

That depends on the distance of the chosen tour. This information is available on your tour description. Whatever the distance, the time taken to complete a tour is always comfortable as it is not a race but a sight running tour.

The estimated tour duration also depends on your running pace. But, do not worry, whatever it is, I adapt my pace to yours. If you wish to be advised of an approximate timing according to your usual running pace and abilities before the day of the tour, please contact me.

In case you prefer running the tour non-stop, please let me know before starting.
